Sports Performance

Building the foundation for an athlete is consistent across many sports.  A majority of athletes need to be strong on one leg, they need linear and lateral speed, agility, quality joint range of motion, conditioning, strength and power.  I focus on all of these aspects in this program, which also includes nutritional coaching.  Building a strong foundation will help reduce the risk of future injury, which is the most important goal when an athlete begins a training program.
