Adult Performance Program

This 12-week program allows clients of all backgrounds and personal goals to achieve what they are looking for.  Whether it's weight loss, injury rehab, pain reduction, or if you're simply looking for a challenging workout, I will tailor the program to meet your specific needs.  My program will focus on:
